Color Atlas of Nerve Biopsy Pathology

The Color Atlas of Peripheral Nerve Pathology describes how to do a nerve biopsy, how to handle specimens, and how to process the nerve by frozen sections, by paraffin sections and by semi-thin sections. Less emphasis is placed on how to process the nerve for electronmicroscopic study. It also describes general pathological features of peripheral nerve disorders and the diagnostic capability and limitations of the nerve biopsy. It details the typical pathological features of each disease by presenting color photographs and discussing two or three cases that provide a brief clinical history and pertinent electrophysiological and other laboratory data.
