Gender and Multiculturalism

The book deals with the dilemmas of multiculturalism (broadly defined) in accommodating both cultural practices that may undermine women’s rights, and women’s equality. It provides a comparison of the accommodation of cultural differences and the consequences for minority and women’s rights in the global North and South._x000D_ This book was published as a special issue of Politikon.
