Representation and Democracy in the EU

This book analyses the nature of representation in the EU from both a normative and an empirical perspective. Whereas most studies concentrate on the European Parliament, this book explores representation through the equally important channels of governments, national parliaments, civil society organisations and referenda._x005F_x000D_ This book was published as a special issue of the Journal of European Integration.
