International Journal of Adolescence and Youth aims to identify, examine and compare particular issues, problems and policies related to adolescents and youth throughout the world. Subject areas covered include psychological growth and development, health and medical care, delinquency, social policy, employment and unemployment, education and training, spiritual and physical development, leisure, family relationships, sex education, homelessness. The Journal will be of interest to researchers in those areas, university and other higher education institutions, as well as to international, central and local government and voluntary organizations and field work agencies.

Article Publishing Charges
Each article published in International Journal of Adolescence and Youth is published Open Access, meaning that upon payment of an Article Publishing Charge (APC), the article is freely available in perpetuity on Taylor & Francis Group's online platform www.tandfonline.com. There is no additional subscription fee, article pay-to-view fee or any other form of access fee; and no publication embargo is applied.

The APC for International Journal of Adolescence and Youth is US$700 / £540 / €620. It is paid via an e-commerce transaction and invoicing will take place after acceptance of the article following peer review. Payment can be made via credit card, or an invoice can be requested. Further processing of the article will be deferred pending payment.

Can the publication fee be discounted or waivered?
International Journal of Adolescence and Youth provides fee waivers and discounts to support researchers in developing and emerging regions. Authors are eligible to apply for a waiver if the corresponding author and majority of co-authors are based in countries as specified by the Research4Life partnership http://www.research4life.org/eligibility/. Other waivers will be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on the authors' circumstances. Authors should request a waiver during the submission process.
