Photovoltaic System Design

The most significant objective of this book is to analyze the pros and cons of the photovoltaic system’s sizing procedures from a variety of end-use considerations. The text investigates the capacity building initiatives taken by various stakeholders and importantly, the commercial suppliers of system simulation software, especially in the developing world context. Variability noticed in one system sizing procedure is compared to another, thus highlighting an additional area of study. Case studies based on the use of different software simulation procedures are included and analyzed.
