Language and Literacy in Workplace Education

 Just as workers are confronting the practices of the restructured, technological workplace, it is clear that workplace educators are also undergoing a 'restructure', of their teaching methods and approaches. This book examines some of the ideological and practical challenges facing workplace educators as they redefine their contribution to improving communication and learning at work.
