Journal of Chinese Advanced Materials Society
This title has ceased (2018).
Journal of the Chinese Advanced Materials Society (JCAMS) is an international peer-reviewed journal that is devoted to the publication of original contributions on forefront and fundamental research in all aspects of materials science. Both theoretical and experimental studies which focus on the preparation or understanding of materials with unusual or useful properties are relevant. It includes all materials that represent advances over traditional materials, and covers all new materials and modifications to existing materials which demonstrate better performance in characteristics critical for application. JCAMS will especially focus on the development of materials with novel and/or useful optical, electrical, magnetic, catalytic, and mechanical properties, among others. Categories of contribution for the journal are Communications, Review Articles, and Full Articles. Communications should represent novel research and significant advances in the field of materials science. JCAMS publishes articles including, but not limited to, the following topics:
- Nano Materials
- Polymers
- Energetic Materials
- Composites
- Biomaterials and Tissues
- Green Materials
- Optical and Electronic Materials
- Superconductive and Magnetic Materials
- Structural and Constructional Materials
- Catalytic Materials
Peer review policy
All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent anonymous expert referees.
