One of the leading media studies journals, New Review of Film and Television Studies publishes peer-reviewed research on the theory and history of expressive screen culture. Articles on all areas of film, television, radio, and digital media are welcome. The journal particularly welcomes essays that contribute to the field through philosophically inflected critical methods. Each issue features substantive scholarship alongside reviews of recent books central to the study of international media.
Please note: the journal does not accept papers written from social science perspectives.
Book Reviews are commissioned for New Review of Film and Television Studies by the Book Reviews Editor. Books for review should be sent to Matt Connolly, English Department, Minnesota State University, 230 Armstrong Hall, Mankato, MN 56001, USA.
