Aims:
Routledge’s Journal of Change Management (JCM) was established as a community centre for all scholars and practitioners with an interest in the complex and multidisciplinary field of organizational change, and its management and leadership. JCM publishes peer-reviewed case studies, reviews, conceptual contributions and empirical research of the highest quality. Being supported by a world leading editorial board we are committed to becoming the leading journal in our field. Although being a somewhat young journal, JCM has already been embraced by esteemed colleagues such as Dick Scott (Stanford University) and Karl E. Weick (University of Michigan), who have both published in our popular Reflections series.
