Soil Science and Plant Nutrition

Soil Science and Plant Nutrition is the official English journal of the Japanese Society of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition (JSSSPN), and publishes original research and reviews in soil physics, chemistry and mineralogy; soil biology; plant nutrition; soil genesis, classification and survey; soil fertility; fertilizers and soil amendments; environment; socio cultural soil science. The Journal publishes full length papers, short papers, and reviews.

Aims and scope

Soil Science and Plant Nutrition is the official English language journal of the Japanese Society of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition (JSSSPN), and publishes original research findings and reviews on soil science, plant nutrition and related subjects.

Papers in any of the following fields will be considered, and authors are requested to designate their manuscript according to one of these divisions on submission:

1. Soil physics
2. Soil chemistry and soil mineralogy
3. Soil biology
4. Plant nutrition
5. Soil genesis, classification and survey
6. Soil fertility
7. Fertilizers and soil amendments
8. Environment
9. Socio cultural soil science

Members and non-members of JSSSPN are encouraged to submit manuscripts for publication. However, non-members will be charged an additional US$100 per accepted article.
