Religious Violence and Conciliation in Indonesia

This book focuses on the study of interreligious violence and conciliation in the Christian-Muslim conflict zone of Maluku (or the Moluccas) in eastern Indonesia. Based on extensive ethnographic fieldwork, network and associational analysis, interviews with former members of militia groups, both Christians and Muslims. It is of interest to Indonesia specialists, as well as academics with an interest in anthropology, religious conflict, peace and conflict studies.
